Specialty Z Pricing Policies
Prices are subject to change without notice, we cannot control price increases by our suppliers. In the event of a price change on your order, you will be notified by phone and/ or email, with the option to pay the corrected price(s) or the option to cancel your order. We reserve the right to correct misprints.
Specialty Z Returns and Cancellations Policies
Refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returns are subject to inspection. Any part that, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions and / or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty considerations. You have 14 days for any eligible returns.
If you are cancelling an item/ order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Specialty Z will not accept any product that appears to have been used unless there is a valid warranty issue as defined by the manufacturer/ vendor. An inspection process will take place to verify the product meets the warranty criteria.
Inspections of returned merchandise are completed within 4-6 business days of receipt of the return. Additional time may be needed if the merchandise must be returned to the manufacturer/ vendor for further testing. We are not responsible for the length of time it takes a manufacturer/ vendor to conduct this testing.
Products used in racing or off-road conditions are only warranted against manufacturer defects prior to installation.
SZ is not liable for any labor or repair fees under any circumstance. Any defect product must be reported immediately and go through the manufacturer's warranty and policy process.
Programming and/ or software are non-refundable.
Payments refunded through PayPal as a result of a return or cancellation may be subject to a 10% service fee. This is in compliance with PayPal’s refund policy.
- Not sure if this is something you’d want too: Credit card or PayPal disputes: Do not file a credit card dispute, if you have any issues or problems with your orders. There is a $50 chargeback fee plus shipping of any documents that is not refundable. Please contact us to resolve any issues before you file any disputes. Specialty Z Custom orders/ Special orders/ pre-order item Policies: 50% deposit is required. There are no returns for custom orders, special orders or on pre-ordered items. Deposit is non-refundable. Specialty Z Shipping Policies: We are not responsible for any shipping delays or lost packages. We reserve the right to refuse any exceptions.
- Would you want a customer to be required to contact you (sales) first and get approval for a return process to start before they ship any items back? Anyone who returns without approval, SZ has the rights to reject the return out right or is automatically subject to a 25% restocking fee, no exceptions. So PLEASE contact us prior to shipping any merchandise back.
