The cores used on the Stillen cores are of the bar and
plate variety and have an excellent all around use for a
majority of small to medium sized turbos.
We offer a service to modify the intercoolers to improve
flow by removing the inlets and outlets on the end tanks and
welding on much better higher flowing pieces. Ducts
optional.

Ash Spec Massives 2.5" SMICs
Highly recommended for increased flow for those upgrading
to larger turbos. Intercooler piping is highly
recommended along with larger throttle bodies. Doing
this will keep the piping diameter all the same throughout
most of the charged system.

TDM-Works FMIC Kit
The ultimate in flow and cooling!
Used on our own SZ Z32 shop car
(4.5" core).
Includes piping for the ultimate in straight piping.
Highly recommended for cars running our SZ EXP-90 Turbo Kit,
and will have no A\C. Cooling modifications are
recommended to increase air flow to the engine cooling system.
Look for our FMIC Intake Kit soon! This relocates the
filters to the SMIC location.
This is the ONLY FMIC that is
properly designed!
What separates the TDM Works FMIC from
the other horizontal FMICS that plague our cars is that
the vertical orientation allows you to attain over twice the
charge face and a fourth of the pressure drop of the Apollo
style FMICs.
The kit includes 1 FMIC with 2.5" outlets, 8 sections of
2.5" piping that replaces the four stock hard pipes and the
four stock intercooler pipes, silicone couplers, and standard
hose clamps.
We recommend using the 3.5" core for anything under 750HP and
the 4.5" core for anything above 750HP.

Made from lightweight aluminum, these
replace your entire stock black intercooler piping for these
aluminum 2.5" pipes. Recirc provisions made, although
one will need to customize mounting options for the stock
recircs. Will fit with larger intercoolers although it
is a very tight fit. Modification recommended on large
radiators.

The outlets and inlets used on the Stillen coolers are
restrictive due to their cast design that actually makes
the outlets and inlets smaller than the factory pieces.
